BOOKING CONFIRMATION

  1. Customers can place bookings through our website, WhatsApp, telephone support, or other official channels.
  2. Upon successful booking submission, confirmation will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call.
  3. Most bookings are confirmed instantly or within 30 minutes, subject to availability.
  4. Advance bookings are confirmed according to operational and vehicle availability.

VEHICLE & DRIVER ASSIGNMENT

  1. Driver and vehicle details are generally shared before the scheduled pickup time.
  2. For immediate bookings, driver information may be provided shortly after confirmation.
  3. For advance bookings, vehicle and driver details may be shared 2 hours before departure.
  4. Vehicle allocation depends on route, location, and availability.

SERVICE FULFILLMENT

  4. In exceptional circumstances, a similar category vehicle may be provided if the originally assigned vehicle becomes unavailable.

DELAYS & UNFORESEEN EVENTS

  1. Service timelines may be affected due to traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or vehicle breakdowns.
  2. CabChalak will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and inform customers whenever possible.
  3. CabChalak shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

  1. Customers may request changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, or vehicle category.
  2. All modification requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
  3. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested modifications.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  1. All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the website.
  2. Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the booking.
  3. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment service providers.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  3. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant booking.
